Diwali Cats

My name is Charis White, and I live with my cats in South Wales. I breed British Shorthairs and some Selkirk Rex – my particular love is Bi-colours and Tri-colours. ‘Daisychain’ is the only UK and Imperial Grand Champion Dominant Tortie & White in the UK.

The first cats I ever owned were Russian Blues and I got the showing bug with my first Russian: ‘Harmahkis Blue Saskia’, in 1983. Saskia sadly died in December 2001, aged 18 years.
I obtained my first British Shorthair cat in 1984, and have been showing British cats ever since. I have been breeding British Shorthairs since 1988 and have also bred Oriental Shorthairs and Selkirk Rex.
